TFSC Strengthens MSME Ecosystem Through Targeted Training & Awareness Programs

The TANSTIA FNF Service Centre (TFSC) continues its focused efforts to empower MSMEs and build industry-ready skills across Tamil Nadu during January–February 2026.

In collaboration with the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority, TFSC successfully conducted a statewide series of awareness programmes on the National Pension System (NPS). These programmes were organised with strong support from TANSTIA and various district industry associations at Hosur, Tiruchirappalli, Erode, Thirumudivakkam, Kumbakonam, Ranipet, and Coimbatore, helping MSME stakeholders understand long-term social security benefits.

Parallelly, TFSC strengthened its training and skill development initiatives:

  • A 22-day Production Engineering course was completed for NMFS at Bharath University, with assessments successfully concluded.
  • A Mechanic Repair and Maintenance of Vehicle programme was conducted (Dec 29, 2025 – Feb 11, 2026) to enhance technical workforce readiness.
  • A Tailoring course for women, launched in association with MSME-DFO, enrolled 25 candidates, reinforcing TFSC’s commitment to women empowerment and livelihood creation.

Through these integrated initiatives, TFSC continues to:

  • Enhance MSME awareness on social security
  • Build industry-relevant skills
  • Promote inclusive livelihood opportunities
  • Support the MSME growth ecosystem in Tamil Nadu

TFSC remains committed to enabling skilling, reskilling, and capacity building for a stronger MSME sector.
