For more than three decades, TANSTIA-FNF Service Centre (TFSC) has been at the forefront of industry-linked skill development for the MSME sector. Our programmes are designed to equip entrepreneurs, workers and job seekers with practical, market-relevant skills that improve productivity, employability and business competitiveness.
TFSC focuses on skill, reskill, multiskill and refresher programmes to help MSMEs adapt to changing technologies, digitalisation and Industry 4.0 requirements.

Since inception, TFSC has conducted large-scale entrepreneurship and skill programmes across Tamil Nadu. Key achievements include:
- 4,800+ training programmes conducted
- 1,003 Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDPs)
- 36 special programmes for women entrepreneurs
- 275+ guest lectures delivered
- Training support extended to multiple government departments
These initiatives created a strong foundation for MSME capacity building in the state.
